Stress

Stress can impact many aspects of our life, such as our ability to fully function, maintain relationships, and be effective at work and at home. Stress is how we react when we feel under pressure or threatened. We can feel out of control or ill equipped to deal with what we are faced with.

Stress can be helpful in the right amount to help us achieve our goals, but when it is prolonged or outside of our control it can have a negative impact.
